There are eight award categories where women can demonstrate:
- innovation
- resilience in the face of adversity
- a significant contribution to conservation and environmental protection
- the promotion of Tikanga Māori
- why they are a young businesswoman to watch
- outstanding wisdom and guidance
- exceptional marketing
- or remarkable inspiration

Judging Process
Step 1 – Shortlisting

Our judging panel will meet after the nominations close to review all entries and determine a shortlist of finalists.

Finalists will be publicly announced on the Wairarapa Women in Business Facebook Group and notified by email by Tuesday, 18 May 2021.

Step 2 – Judging

The panel will choose one winner in each of the eight categories, and select one of those category winners as the Supreme Winner for the 2021 Remarkable Women Awards.
Nominations need to be submitted by 5pm on Friday, 14 May 2021.
Inclusivity
The organisers of Remarkable Women support inclusive environments for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual as well as other orientations and identities (LGBTQIA+), and the Remarkable Women Awards are open to anyone who identifies as a women.

The Awards dinner will take place on Saturday 19 June 2021

Tickets are strictly limited due to space so make sure you book in advance to make sure you get your seat at the table with some of Wairarapa’s most Remarkable Women.
