Sarah is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years clinical experience helping individuals, businesses and sports teams improve their health through effective and enjoyable nutrition changes. Her philosophy on nutrition is to place a positive focus on adding in healthy and delicious foods, rather than focusing on restrictive diets and deprivation. Sarah has worked in a range of medical areas in hospitals including cardiac, oncology, stroke, food allergies, obesity, hormone imbalances, diabetes and gut health so can assist in a variety of conditions. She co-owns Tea Health and Wellbeing Consultants with a psychologist colleague to offer holistic, evidence-based wellbeing advice to New Zealand businesses, individuals and Retreats/Festivals.
